Meet Erika Londrigan
Her passion, combined with innate desire to help people is her driving force
Erika Londrigan is a true combination of Midwestern charm and Southern California sunshine.
Born and raised in Michigan, she earned her BA in food marketing from Western Michigan University before she moved to Chicago and began her successful 16-year career in pharmaceutical sales. After 13 years in the Windy City, Erika’s adventurous spirit brought her west to the allure of the warm weather and active lifestyle that is synonymous with San Diego.
Although she lives far from her family, she is incredibly close with her parents, two brothers, five nieces and three nephews, which fuels her passion for travel as she sees them as often as she can.
Erika has always had a natural passion for living a healthy lifestyle, but it was ignited on an even deeper level when her mother successfully battled breast cancer more than 30 years ago. This passion, combined with her innate desire to help people, was the driving force behind her earning her certifications to teach CorePower Yoga Sculpt, Exhale Barre, Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga and as a Certified Coach by International Coaching Federation.
When she’s not working or coaching, Erika enjoys traveling internationally, attending live concerts, working out, beach walks, spending time with family and friends, reading anything by Jen Sincero, and listening to Oprah’s SuperSoul Conversations podcasts. Erika is a kind and giving soul, and to know her is truly to love her.
